About Joseph F. Hook:
An experienced trial attorney with over 15 years in private practice, Attorney Hook focuses his practice on civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation and employment discrimination. He also provides bankruptcy, real estate services, and estate planning.
Graduating from Western New England College School of Law in 1995 with cum laude honors where he also served on the law review, Attorney Hook is a former law clerk for the Rhode Island Worker’s Compensation Court, and has been in a solo practice since 1999.
Jury trial experience in Rhode Island Superior Court including medical malpractice, personal injury and breach of contract cases; Trial experience in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island; Successful litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
